轻松筹回应收费问题：公司绝未收取任何费用，违规人员已开除
近日，据媒体报道，陈先生通过轻松筹为确诊白血病的儿子筹集万元救命钱，却被筹款顾问李先生抽走了8000元的“推广费”。
17日，轻松筹对关于顾问收取高额推广费等情况作出回应。李某是2023年3月27日经授权成为平台的筹款顾问，当时仍在试岗期。其他多个由李某协助发起的项目经查也存在收取“推广费”的行为。
道歉声明中，轻松筹表示已经开除筹款顾问李某，并保留追究其法律责任的权利。轻松筹绝未并且严禁筹款顾问向用户收取任何手续费及服务费。
