全美首例 蒙大拿州通过法案全面禁止TikTok

蒙大拿州议会周五（14日）通过了一项全面禁止短视频分享平台TikTok（海外版抖音）的法案，成为全美首个通过这类法案的州。

新加坡《联合早报》报道，蒙大拿州议会以54票赞成，43票反对的表决结果，通过上述法案，送交州长签署，预计2024年1月起生效。
法案规定，应用商店不能提供TikTok下载，违例者将面临最高1万美元的罚款，但在禁令实施前已安装TikTok的民众仍可继续使用该应用。
值得注意的是，蒙大拿州州长2022年12月起已禁止州政府工作人员在手机上安装Tiktok。
然而，全面禁止TikTok法案预计面临巨大的法律挑战。由于法案性质在全美史无前例，可能会一直上诉到华盛顿的最高法院。
TikTok的发言人回应称，公司将采取法律行动来阻止禁令。
据统计，TikTok在全美有1.5亿月活跃用户。许多议员担心，该应用会与中国政府分享用户数据。（完）
