统计方式：打开 Mac 的设置，屏幕使用时间 查看自己的码码应用使用时间是多久
因为我发现哪怕是在电脑前待一天，实际使用时间也不会超过 3 小时 在想是我的效率很低，还是说需要找一个更好的工作方式?
之前尝试去图书馆呆了 4 个小时，然后这 4 个小时没有摸鱼基本都是工作时间。但是晚上回来很头疼，第二天还拉肚子发烧 ;(
