快科技4月17日讯，在任天堂Switch破解这件事上，声量和影响最大的无疑是TX团队（Team Xecuter），他们通过MOD的方式实现了硬破，而且是Switch全系沦陷。
然而，任天堂法务部很快盯上了TX团队，并联合司法部门逮捕了TX背后的三名核心成员。
最新消息，加拿大人Gary Bowser被判刑40个月后因表现良好，在美提前出狱，他将很快回国。Gary Bowser当时是在多米尼加被捕，并被引渡到美国服刑。
严格来说，Gary Bowser并未直接参与破解，他经营MaxConsole网站，为破解工具和破解好的Switch提供销路。尽管TX团队赚了数百万美元，Bowser并没有分到多少，这也是他被从轻发落的原因之一。
