据金十 4 月 13 日报道，昆仑万维发布对深交所关注函回复的公告，公司与奇点智源联合开发中的“天工”3.5 目前仍在测试阶段。中国版类 ChatGPT 的知识产权归奇点智源所有，后续公司享有中国版类 ChatGPT 商业化产生的净利润的 50%。后续能否顺利实现商业化及对公司财务状况的影响均存在较大的不确定性。
