早在1999年，苹果就进入了无线路由器领域，推出了AirPort产品。然而，由于表现不佳，该产品于2018年宣布全面停产。最近有爆料揭露了疑似苹果路由器的神秘产品，代号为A2657。从曝光的图片来看，新路由器采用USB-C接口供电，自带一个网线接口，但在其他参数方面暂时还没有信息。
近日，国外网友@Ortolani提供了一些新款AirPort的设计图，新款路由器的外观更像去年发布的Mac Studio，支持Wi-Fi6E规格，并在下方配备了扬声器，具备发声功能。路由器顶部还有一个触摸感应区域，可以实时显示Wi-Fi网络状态，并通过Siri进行控制。
