4月12日，NVIDIA正式发布RTX 4070显卡，作为全球核心AIC、一线高端品牌的索泰，也同步推出了三款新品：RTX 4070-12GB天启OC、RTX 4070-12GB X-GAMING OC欧泊白、RTX 4070-12GB X-GAMING。
天启系列是索泰次旗舰显卡，一向拥有出众的性能、潮酷的外观。RTX 4070-12GB天启OC沿袭了家族式的银黑装甲设计理念， 整体尺寸为33.4 x 13.1×6.4厘米，外形修长精致。
正面是 三个9厘米的盾鳞2.0风扇 ，全方位立体散热，风流可以遍及显卡背面PCB等散热死角，并支持智能启停，内部还有五条热管。
经典的“启世之环”灯效 ，顶部设有信仰LOGO，而且均支持1600万色ARGB、数十种灯效循环模式，可通过FireStorm软件进行调节。
