Prints the version of the extensions used to create a DXP document

Simple python script that enumerates the extensions used to produce a DXP and their corresponding versions. Quite useful to troubleshoot versioning issues.
To run it from Powershell:
C:\> python dxp_versions.py YOURFILE.dxp | sort-object
