Management plays the key role in using the UI/UX design directly and there can be various situations when the manager comes to the first place and has to make decisions about further work with the design solution.

1. When you count the budget for design and development. When you decide how much will you waste on design and development. Design usually takes 30% of the overall budget, 70% goes to development and you also need to think about the on-top budget for marketing and PR purposes. Choosing a budget percentage is critically important since it will define if the design will be implemented accurately. In case you have chosen the right partner, you will definitely see your design that was realized just as it was created initially. But in case you will decide on the economy of the development team, the design solution will appear to be poor quality.
2. When you work on the content. Working on the content is important only if you consider the design template and design system people set. In case you will not consider it, the content will not look like “on the picture created” and will simply make the design solution look all mixed up.
3. When you accept the design and plan for the work of the departments. You need to be responsible and sincere about the design and your opinion regarding it. Moreover, you need to always keep in mind that your team will be working on the design solution for quite a long time and will have to deal with the current design accurately, so that means you need to show yourself as a good manager here.

Using design you can turn your brand into something great and wonderful or simply throw away all the money invested in the design solution — it’s up to you, but please keep in mind, that manager is always the one responsible for everything going on with the brand and design can be a blessing or great damage — you are the one to decide.
