想入手纯钛筷子，可有坑？可有推荐？

本人倾向于一次性解决问题，或者采用长久的解决方案，所以想入手纯钛筷子。但是有一些疑问：
- 这个是不是智商税？或者有没有售假的可能？
- 日常使用注意？据说钛会氧化发黄？
- 材料？即使是纯钛，在工业、材料领域是不是也有区分？
- 长度？目前家里在用筷子是 25cm ，市面上 23cm 左右的，应该可以吧。
- 替代？比如 304 不锈钢筷子会不会更好？
