近日，《2022中华遗嘱库白皮书》发布，对25万份登记保管遗嘱进行大数据分析发现，立遗嘱人群越来越年轻化，其中不乏“00后”。
截至2022年12月31日，在中华遗嘱库，“90后”立遗嘱总人数达到1787人；立遗嘱最年轻的为17周岁（根据民法典规定，16周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人）。
2020年至2022年的立遗嘱人群中，“00后”一共有357人。 “00后”立遗嘱的人群，主要是大学在读学生，部分为刚踏入社会工作的年轻人。 “00后”人群立遗嘱主要处分的财产以“银行存款”“虚拟财产”为主。
白皮书显示，自2017年起，越来越多的中青年人群开始订立遗嘱，处分“虚拟财产”。
