Yes, there's one. Perpend PLUS https://plus.perpend.in is made for users with region restrictions to access ChatGPT. It's also meant for folks who don't want to use their API key but top-up credits to Perpend and use GPT models.

## How to get started on Perpend.in?

Add your API key, select an OpenAI model (including GPT-4), chat with AI, explore a variety of prompts, or create keywords (for prompts), and import to Chat or Form.

List them in markdown format."
