苹果和 MASIMO 的 Apple Watch 专利纠纷进入陪审团审议阶段
IT之家 4 月 4 日消息，根据彭博社报道，苹果公司和 MASIMO 公司正就 Apple Watch 某些功能和设计是否侵犯，展开激烈的法庭辩诉，双方已进入最后的白热化阶段。
彭博社分析师塔姆林・巴森（Tamlin Bason）预测，两家公司的专利纠纷可能涉及 10 亿美元（IT之家备注：当前约 68.8 亿元人民币）。
陪审团将于本周二在美国加利福尼亚州中区地方法院开始，进入为期 10 天的陪审阶段，其中苹果首席执行官蒂姆・库克（Tim Cook）可能会到现场作证。
Masimo 公司于 2020 年首次起诉苹果公司，原因声称 Apple Watch 侵犯了 10 项专利，另外还涉嫌通过雇佣关键人员窃取商业机密。随后，Masimo 在 2021 年再次起诉，然后特别指出 Apple Watch Series 6 应被禁止销售，因为该设备侵犯了关于血氧测量技术的五项专利。
苹果公司于 2022 年也提起了两起诉讼，指控 Masimo 公司 W1 系列智能手表侵犯了多项专利。苹果表示，正是在之前的诉讼中，Masimo 公司“仔细研究了苹果的知识产权”，并获得了机密信息。
