If its for DMS ( Document Management Systems ) we have the SSCUI Define DMS Document Types

Hello Jai. My understanding is you are referring to Sales Document DR for debit memo request. As a key user for configuration, you can implement the flexible determination of sales document types by performing the Define Formulas for Sales Area and Sales Document Types configuration activity.
You can refer to Configuration in Sales
Using the Configurable Parameters and Formulas (CPF) framework, you, as a key user for configuration, can define rules that the system uses to determine sales document types and discrepancy allowance for payment terms for sales orders or returns orders.
You can create your decision table by creating one table row per rule that you want the system to evaluate based on the parameter values. For more instructions on how to create the formula, see the configuration help in the Define Formulas for Sales Area and Sales Document Types activity in link given above for configuration in sales.
