据 Finextra 报道，瑞典北欧斯安银行（SEB）与法国农业信贷银行推出区块链债券平台。通过该平台，资本市场的发行人将能够在区块链网络上发行数字债券，并能够通过智能合约筹集资金和管理证券，旨在提高效率并实现参与者之间的实时数据同步。
据悉，该平台以及平台涉及的区块链技术是银行与 IT 提供商 Finaxys 合作开发的，并将对低能耗的节点进行更多的奖励。
