Copilot ，无论在 VSCode 里面还是全局代理都无法使用，报错信息如下：
[INFO] [auth] [2023-04-01T01:19:36.228Z] Invalid copilot token: missing token: 403
[ERROR] [default] [2023-04-01T01:19:36.229Z] GitHub Copilot could not connect to server. Extension activation failed: "At this time, Copilot is not available in your location"
这是它使用其他方式检测代理，还是我代理使用不对
