3月30日晚，京东集团连发两则公告，宣布拟分拆京东产发、京东工业在香港联交所主板独立上市。
公告称， 建议拟议分拆将京东产发、京东工业股份以全球发售的方式进行，京东继续间接持有京东产发、京东工业50%以上的股权，两家公司仍为京东子公司。
京东集团已就拟议分拆向香港联交所提交分拆建议，且香港联交所已确认京东集团可进行拟议分拆。
有关拟议分拆的详情，包括全球发售的规模和架构，京东集团于京东产发、京东工业股权百分比减幅等，目前尚未落实。
