日本企业又来“整活”了，据最新报道，日本三重县菰野町水厂加工企业“AzumaFoods”（东之味食品）
正在开发使用魔芋粉和淀粉的仿真海鲜食品。
在水产资源越来越难以确保的背景下，用植物原料制成的替代食品在全世界受到瞩目。
据悉，该公司已经研发出商品名为“宛如〇〇”的系列，包括金枪鱼、三文鱼刺身等6种商品。
而且这种食品没有鱼类特有的腥臭味，易于使用，尤其适合腌制及薄切生肉等菜肴。
