京东：拟分拆京东工业于香港联交所主板独立上市
新浪科技讯 3月30日晚间消息，京东在港交所发布公告称，拟分拆京东工业于香港联合交易所有限公司主板独立上市。拟议分拆完成后，公司将继续间接持有京东工业50%以上的股权，因此，京东工业将仍为公司的子公司。
