碳链价值APP讯，据美国证券交易委员会（SEC）官网公告，美国纽约南区地方法院已于3月15日对被告John Barksdale和JonAtina Barksdale两兄妹作出终审判决，下令永久禁令、没收非法所得以及民事处罚。
根据终审判决，禁止Barksdale两兄妹违反1933年证券法第17(a)条和1934年证券交易法第10(b)条及其下属的规则10b-5中的防欺诈条款。此外，他们被禁止通过从事未经注册的证券发行或销售来违反《证券法》第5条。Barksdale两兄妹被命令以共同和连带责任支付46,297,463美元的不当得利，并支付10,044,822美元的预先裁定利息。Barksdale两兄妹还被要求各自支付23,148,731美元的民事罚款。
此前报道，去年3月，美SEC对John Barksdale和JonAtina Barksdale两兄妹发起诉讼，指控两人通过加密货币计划虚假声明误导投资者，涉嫌加密货币欺诈，其推出了一种名为“Ormeus Coin”的数字货币，骗取数千名散户投资者超过1.24亿美元资金。
