飞利浦CEO：预计今年将就呼吸系统设备召回达成和解

据外媒报道，飞利浦首席执行官罗伊·雅各布斯周四在接受采访时表示，预计今年将就其全球召回的呼吸系统设备达成和解。雅克布斯表示，“我认为我们至少可以在今年就经济损失达成和解。”他补充说，“希望并期望”今年也能与美国食品药品监督管理局达成和解。据了解，飞利浦在2021年召回了数百万台用于治疗睡眠呼吸暂停的呼吸设备和呼吸机，因为用于抑制设备噪音的泡沫部件可能会降解并有毒，存在潜在的致癌风险。
