继去年“拍蒜断刀”风波后，张小泉近日又陷入“斩骨刀不能斩骨”的舆论中。
事件起因是，重庆一位消费者买了一把张小泉斩骨刀， 结果在斩骨时发生断裂，刀差一点飞出去。
对此，多家张小泉官方旗舰店客服人员均表示，斩骨刀仅适合家用，
用于砍切鸡、鸭、鱼、小排骨等骨头，不建议切砍猪腿骨之类的大骨头，砍骨时注意要直起直落，
一般情况下只要不左右摇晃砍就不会断裂。
