赵长鹏：已与 CFTC 合作两年多，其指控包含不完整的事实陈述
巴比特讯，3 月 28 日，Binance 创始人赵长鹏发布文章回应美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）的起诉，称币安已与 CFTC 合作了两年多，“经初步审查，该起诉似乎包含不完整的事实陈述，我们不同意许多问题的描述”，包括合规技术和禁止美国用户访问、与执法部门的合作和透明度、与执法部门的合作和透明度、交易等方面。
文章披露 Binance 目前的合规团队有超过 750 人，其中许多人具有执法和监管机构的背景，迄今为止已经处理了 5.5 万多个执法请求，并协助冻结/扣押了超过 1.25 亿美元的资金，仅在 2022 年和 2023 年就冻结/扣押了 1.6 亿美元。此外赵长鹏表示自己在 Binance 有两个账户：一个用于 Binance Card，一个用于加密货币持有。
