据《科创板日报》援引台湾电子时报报道，市调机构 DIGITIMES Research 指出，ChatGPT 目前营运仅采用 B2C 模式，分为免费版 Free Plan、付费版 ChatGPT Plus、专业版 Professional Plan，付费版与专业版用户享有提升回复速度、高峰期使用不断线、优先使用新功能等权益，B2B 商业模式主要包括微软相关软件（Bing、Edge、Offce 365 等）与 ChatGPT 应用程序界面（API）串接等。未来，ChatGPT 商业模式将以 B2B 为主要营收来源。
