ChatGPT 及相关的的新闻铺天盖地，你天天能看到，却一个也用不了（如果你是良民的话）
为什么？自然是国家出手。别管官面上的理由是什么（好吧，官面根本就不给理由），事实上，我觉得主要是为了保护国内 AI、给其争取一定的时间空间。
作为用户，我们可能觉得很难受：我就想用，碍你什么事？怎么哪都是 G 点？
但，想想现在的芯片，不是我们想用就能用的。现在的 AI，明显就是未来的芯片。此时我们全部放开，未来人家卡我们 AI 的脖子，也是看心情的事。
反过来，谁都一样。你看这两天，美丽国对 TikTok 的做法，不就是一回事吗。
