英国监管机构相信微软不会独占CoD

英国监管机构竞争与市场管理局（CMA）已作出临时性结论，该机构有充分理由相信微软不会独占CoD，因为这种做法在商业上行不通。
CMA通过调查发现，独占政策在多数情况下对平台运营方有利。但最新数据表明，年货玩家的购买力令微软无法割爱，由Xbox独占CoD对微软并没好处，取消PS版CoD反而会使微软付出巨大代价，无论从哪个角度说都不划算。CMA相信微软收购动视不会显著削弱主机市场的竞争力度。
微软立即发表回应，对CMA的查证精神与尽职程度表示钦佩，对其结论表示赞赏，这桩收购将为更多玩家提供更多选择，按照他们喜好的方式进行游戏，比如《使命召唤》及其它作品。我司期待与CMA进行合作，以克服其它尚待解决的问题。
