PC 浏览器访问 bing chat ，能出现聊天界面，但是提问后直接返回错误： Sorry, looks like your network settings are preventing access to this feature.
手机 bing app 也同样问题，能出现聊天界面，但是提问后直接返回错误： Sorry, looks like your network settings are preventing access to this feature.
用同样的微软账号，使用米国 PC 是可以正常访问 bing chat 的。
大家有遇到这样的问题吗？如何解决？

bing 把很多 idc 的 ip 给封了。无语。
