早在发售前，FS社就曾承诺，《艾尔登法环》将在后续更新中加入对光线追踪的支持。
今天，《艾尔登法环》官方以“即将部署1.09版本补丁”为由，暂停了游戏的联机服务器进行维护。
根据博主Lance McDonald透露的消息，此次推送的1.09版本，将为游戏增加光线追踪相关的选项。
据悉，该补丁已经部署至PC和PS5平台， 其中PS5平台的更新大小为5GB左右，包含光线追踪环境遮蔽以及阴影的支持，但还未增加光线追踪反射支持。
