Wanbo T6 Max Android Projector Review
I think monitor not damage, right? Anyone got this problem?
I dont think it is damage screen, cause boot screen seem fine. But after bootup, nothing appear like in video
Any diagnosticS?

Yesterday I was talking to support ([email protected]) and they gave me a new firmware: 20221014

They also solved my doubt to pair the remote control, the buttons to put it in pairing mode are left and right simultaneously.
But I still have the problem with google assistant not listening.
It activates but does not recognize the voice

Any news on this? Has anybody been able to natively run Netflix on the Beamer or to connect to it using the "Cast" Button in Android Smartphones?

Llevo días intentando actualizar con el upgrade de la pagina official y siempre me termina dando error.

Good evening, the wifi on the t6 max is no longer active, nor does it search for networks, I have already tried to format and install the upgrade and it did not work. How to solve ?

Hello everyone. Does anyone know if there is a possibility that it always turns on with the hdmi? I'm clear that I connected a 4k firestick and would like to use it without having to change the input source every time I turn on the projector. Thank you

Hola a todos. Alguien sabe si existe la posibilidad de que siempre encienda con el hdmi? Tengo claro que nectado un firestick 4k y quisiera usarlo sin necesidad de cambiar la fuente de entrada cada vez que enciendo el proyector. Gracias.

Hello! did you install this new firmware on your T6max? Is everything working properly? Are there calibration options in the menu and u (brightness, saturation, etc.) Did you do it from a flash drive by local update? Regards

Hello, I updated it from a flash drive and the local update section. The firmware works fine, I have not detected any errors for the moment. You can set brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.

Good , I recently bought a Wanbo T6 MAX (2gb/16gb GLOBAL VERSION) , the team I mark update by OTA and to update it turned off and does not pass the welcome screen, talk to the provider and I sent this firmware.1.I format a pendrive in fat32.
2. I copy the files.
3. I connect the usb and then the power supply.
4. I press the one button on the T6 MAX until it flashes and release it, it comes out with a welcome message but it doesn't go any further.
What can I do?

2. Copio los ficheros.
3. Conecto el usb y luego la fuente de alimentacion.
4. Presiono el unico boton del T6 MAX hasta que parpadea y lo suelto, sale mensaje de bienvenida pero no pasa de ahi.
Que puedo hacer¿?

I have received latest Wanbo model week ago. Have been owning many projectors and android tv sets before but this one is my first projector with embedded Android bought for testing and future mods
Projector has very good hardware for the price, but fails miserably on software level.
Straight of the box with the latest software update many apps do not work well or at all. Netflix returns -80 errors on start. Disney and amazon apps crashing. It is not possible to see projector as cast source from android phone (Poko F3) without app that only cast in SD and displays annoying widgets.
To workaround very poor android experience I have bough cheapest chromecast but because projector requires android tv app to stream from hdmi it is not possible to use chromecast the same way as on tv. Simple actions like changing video quality on chromecast doesn't work and returns user to projector os.
Then I figured out to connect keyboard with touch pad. This allows me to use chrome on projector with youtube and netflix like on PC.
Netflix and other streaming providers are on SD quality due to lack of wildewine support so not really benefiting from projectors full hd features.
After all week of poking with it I would never go with the Android embedded in projector and prefer chromecast or connecting laptop or even phone to normal hdmi only projector that does have good contrast. It is amazing quality hardware but it looks like thet got no time to polish software.i got my T6 Max, and found it's Chinese Version, still searching the Global version firmware for updating it ,

similar error:Did you checked fw is correct? Try other port and other usb?
And i dont "see" u extract rar file into USB FAT32?
