美 FDIC：Signature Bank 数字资产业务不包含在 Flagstar Bank 的收购交易中

据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）今日宣布 Signature Bank 的存款和贷款将被出售给纽约社区银行（New York Community Bancorp）旗下子公司 Flagstar Bank，但这笔收购交易不包括 Signature Bank 总计约 40 亿美元存款的数字资产业务。
FDIC 确认会将这些存款直接转移给开设数字银行账户的客户，目前已知 Coinbase、Celsius 和 Paxos 是三家对 Signature Bank 有一定敞口的加密公司。
