北漂十年，准备结束。
- 本科，快到 35 了
- 老家河南，高考地狱级别，所以想换一个高考没这么差的
- 没攒多少钱，而且还不知道要回去做什么，所以希望房价不要太高
如果大佬们能在城市的基础上，能再加上哪个区教育更好等信息，对我会有莫大帮助。

还有一点担心的事，就算现在落户了，两年以后突然改了政策，需要落户 3 年以上才可以上附近的好学校，那我不就傻眼了
