基石药业公布潜在全球BIC药物CS5001转化医学研究数据

3月20日，基石药业公布，公司在2023年3月举行的第13届世界抗体药物偶联大会(World ADC London)上以口头报告形式公布潜在全球同类最佳药物CS5001(ROR1 ADC)转化医学初步研究数据。
报告题目为“针对肿瘤特异性靶点ROR1的基于PBD的ADC CS5001开发中的转化医学研究”。
公告称，针对癌细胞系的研究结果显示，CS5001在表达ROR1的血液瘤和恶性实体瘤细胞系均展现出较强的细胞毒性。CS5001在多种细胞株移植瘤(CDX)和三阴性乳癌的人源性异种移植小鼠模型(PDX)中显示出ROR1靶点依赖的显著抗肿瘤活性。作为全球研发最快的ROR1 ADC之一，CS5001正在开展I期剂量递增研究。
