FDIC：纽约社区银行全资子公司将承担 Signature Bank 存款
据金十消息，美国联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）表示，纽约社区银行集团的子公司将从联邦存款保险公司承接签名银行（Signature Bank）的过渡银行的存款。估计签名银行破产对美国联邦存款保险公司的存款保险基金带来的损失约为 25 亿美元。
此外，纽约社区银行的全资子公司旗星银行将收购签名银行的过渡银行的大部分存款和某些贷款组合。纽约社区银行的协议不包括与签名银行数字业务相关的约 40 亿美元存款，美国联邦存款保险公司仍将提供这些存款。40 家签名银行的分行将在纽约社区银行集团旗下运营。
