台积电称美国工厂明年量产4nm！高通承诺 但有两个麻烦

据媒体报道，台积电位于美国亚利桑那州的新工厂预计在2024年开始量产新一代4nm工艺，而高通承诺将会第一批下单。
3月17日，高通位于新竹的办公大楼举办落成启用典礼，台积电欧亚业务暨研究发展资深副总经理侯永清出席活动，还参加了高通举办的产业高峰会。
旗舰，陈若文透露， 高通很早就开始评估台积电美国工厂的4nm工艺，并承诺会是首批客户。
台积电位于美国亚利桑那州的工厂最初计划投资120亿美元，2024年投产5nm工艺，不过后来投资增加到400亿美元，工厂增加到两座，亚利桑那厂的工艺升级到4nm，另一座则将在2026年直接投产3nm。
