据报道，3月16日，由上海市闵行区人民检察院提起公诉的陈某某、周某某、张某某提供侵入计算机信息系统程序案开庭审理。
被告人陈某某曾是一名程序员，经常在某短视频平台上传记录女儿成长过程的短视频。
2020年10月，陈某某想将这些视频全部下载下来，却发现只能逐个下载，就想寻找打包下载视频的方法。
随后，他将在网络上搜到的相关平台算法和自己的技术结合起来， 通过“抓包”分析实现了视频批量下载。
