3月16日，昆明航空官方发表了致歉声明，致歉对象为知名演员葛优，声明全文为：
致葛优先生:
我司于2016年8月6日发布的《感觉身体被掏空？你需要这个→》的推送中使用了葛优先生照片做为文章的配图， 未经葛优先生许可侵犯了葛优先生的肖像权益，特此发文致歉 。
在此篇文章发布过程中，我司存在监督审核不严谨的问题。出现本次未经授权使用葛优先生肖像照片的情况，我司深表歉意。我司在接到葛优先生律师团队反馈的第一时间，已立即删除了相关侵权图片文章。
