消息人士：Signature 的买家必须同意放弃所有加密货币业务
据路透社援引消息人士报道，美国联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）已要求有兴趣收购硅谷银行和 Signature Bank 的银行在 3 月 17 日之前提交报价。消息人士称，FDIC 聘请了投资银行 Piper Sandler Companies 进行拍卖，只有持有现有银行牌照的投标人才能在提交报价前研究银行的财务状况且 Signature 的任何买家都必须同意放弃银行的所有加密业务。
