微软过去几年在不断更迭 Windows 11 系统版本的过程中，消费者针对 VBS 的吐槽和争议始终没有停下过。国外科技媒体 Tomshardware 在最新报道中，表示即便是 RTX 4090 这样的顶级显卡，在开启 VBS 之后游戏帧率会下降 10%。
3 月 15 日消息，UL benchmarks 公司在 2021 年 10 月报告称，Win11 系统默认开启 Virtualization-based Security (VBS)“基于虚拟化的安全性”特性，会导致游戏、跑分性能下降，最多降幅可达 30%。

IT之家附本次测试平台如下：
- 处理器：英特尔 Core i9-13900K
- 内存：32GB DDR5-6600 G.Skill
- 存储：Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus-G 4TB M.2 SSD
- 测试显卡： RTX 4090
- 电源：be quiet! 的 1500W Dark Power Pro 12
- 散热器：酷冷至尊 PL360 Flux
- 系统：64 位 Win11 系统
根据测试结果，禁用 VBS 之后，综合性能可以提高 5%，4K Ultra 游戏状态下开启 VBS 性能仅损耗 2%。IT之家查询表格，发现在测试游戏《全面战争：战锤 3K》 1080P Ultra 状态下，RTX 4090 未开启 VBS 的游戏帧率为 113.4，而开启 VBS 下游戏帧率为 82.3，同比提升了 37.7%。
