3 月 14 日消息，据新华财经报道，国家市场监管总局表示，一些侵权新情形与维权新难题逐渐暴露，反映了消费维权的新痛点。2022 年，数字藏品（NFT）等新模式问题抬头，监管难度加大，相关诉求 5.97 万件（上一年仅 198 件），主要集中在不发货、不退款、恶意哄抬价格、收取高额手续费、随意封禁消费者账号等。
