据媒体报道，2022年8月30日，四川会东县一女子陈某从凤凌食品专营店网购了4盒“自嗨锅蒜香花蛤粉”。
9月7日，陈某与其女儿、母亲三人一起食用了3盒，之后均出现了呕吐、发烧、腹泻等症状，医院初步诊断为食物中毒，之后 陈某经抢救无效死亡。
根据尸检和司法鉴定，综合分析陈某的死亡原因， 不排除因食用“自嗨锅蒜香花蛤粉”导致急性中毒死亡的可能。
协商无果后，陈某的丈夫卢先生向有关部门递交材料，要求对涉事企业立案调查，追究相关企业及人员责任，停止销售涉事产品，召回已售出涉事商品， 赔偿死者和伤者各类损失176万余元。
