碳链价值APP讯，Circle 创始人 Jeremy 发布推特表示，USDC 的 33 亿美元现金储备仍留在硅谷银行。截至周四，我们已开始将这些资金转账给其他银行合作伙伴。尽管截至周五收盘时这些转账尚未结算，但我们对 FDIC 对硅谷银行情况的管理充满信心，并随时准备接收这些资金。
另据 Google 产品副总裁Bradley Horowitz 表示，他在现场从 FIDC 官员得到的消息是，硅谷银行在太平洋标准时间周五上午 8 点之前收到的电汇将被兑现，并且也应从周一早上开始处理。银行机制（例如 SVB 信用卡和借记卡、接收电汇等）也会可能在周一上午恢复。
早前报道，Circle 发文表示如果 33 亿美元储备金不能 100% 返还，Circle 将使用公司资源，不排除涉及使用外部资本，来弥补任何短缺。
