最近，河南柘（zhè）城这个小县城又受到了大家的关注，因为当地有一项特殊的产业堪称是“称霸全球”，每年向全球供应了无数的人造钻石。
数据显示，中国人造金刚石年产能占全球的50%以上，而中国人造金刚石90%以上的产能，在河南。
据悉，人造钻石的制作流程听起来比较简单，将石墨粉、金属触媒粉等原材料，装入一台六面顶压机，模拟天然钻石的形成环境。
在1300°C~1600°C的高温、5~6GPa压力下， 经过一周到半个月左右的时间，就可以培育出单颗5-20克拉，总重60到100克拉左右的培育钻石。
