对于ASML光刻机接下来怎么出口的问题，现在官方终于给出了答案。
ASML在最新的声明中指出，这些新的出口管制措施侧重于先进的芯片制造技术，包括最先进的沉积设备和浸润式光刻系统。
ASML强调，新的出口管制措施并不针对所有浸润式光刻系统，而只涉及所谓“最先进”的浸润式光刻系统。截至目前企业尚未收到有关“最先进”的确切定义的信息，公司将其解读为在资本市场日会议上定义的“关键的浸润式光刻系统”，即TWINSCANNXT：2000i及后续推出的浸润式光刻系统。
所谓浸没式光刻机，属于193nm（光源）光刻机（分为干式和浸没式），可以被用于16nm至7nm先进制程芯片的制造，但是目前也有被业界广泛应用在45nm及以下的成熟制程当中。
