灰度 CEO：预计公司对 SEC 的诉讼会在第三季度作出裁决
据彭博社报道，灰度（Grayscale）首席执行官 Michael Sonnenshein 表示，预计公司对美 SEC 就比特币信托基金转换为 ETF 的诉讼将于第三季度作出裁决。Sonnenshein 还表示，正在动用所有资源与美国 SEC 进行法律斗争。如果美国监管部门仍不愿承认比特币 ETF 的合法证券地位，公司在必要时将不惜把官司打到最高法院。此外他承诺如果 ETF 业务得到了监管部门批准，将下调费率向客户让利。
昨日消息，灰度诉美 SEC 案开庭首日，法官质疑 SEC 拒绝灰度的现货比特币 ETF 申请。
