Win11 有些软件内文字直接变成浆糊

硬件：2080Super 显卡，AMD 5800X3D CPU. 接两台 4K 显示器，缩放调整为 150%，主显示器 144Hz ，副显示器 60Hz
现象：软件刚打开文字显示是正常的，但是过一会就开始逐渐模糊，或者随便脱一脱软件窗口就会出现
尝试过网上各种解决方案无果，包括：
- 缩放改为 100%
- DPI 设置各种兼容模式
- 设置 ClearType 字体
- 升级显卡驱动
- 只在一个显示器上显示
均未解决，不知道有没有大神遇到过类似的问题。
