I'm Pius (Bozumbil), the founder of Trutalent. I've spent the past ten years as a talent partner, and let me tell you, the struggle to find the best talent is real. Hello, good luck on your journey. Following the methodology, how you measure, understand or evaluate the soft skills/values of the candidate if nothing written in the CV ?

@tuna_ozen - Thank you so much for the question, Tuna. If nothing is written on the cv, we cannot make an evaluation and it's not best practice to make assumptions without any factual data.
@pius_bozumbil Thanks for the quick response Pius. For the shortlisting CVs (for the skills part) I am sure your solution would be pretty useful in terms of efficiency aspect. As a values filter for our company, it would be useful to have a tool to provide an idea-feedback-insight following the values of the candidate. Good luck !
@tuna_ozen - we have plans to test this concept further down the line. Our aim will be to make some predictions on how a candidate's values align with a company's values. CV's/resume has an unbelievable amount of data that we have not fully explored yet but we have plans to do so in the very near future.
