上次说我组里的一个组员被开了，近期就会离职，赔偿 n+1 ，最近在忙着跟领导一起面试新人，最终领导看中了一个工作年限跟我差不多的，预计下下周入职，但应聘者要求级别是高级，而我还是个中级，来到公司好几年了，没给我升到高级……
公司中级和高级的薪资差距能达到 5K 。
领导到现在也没提跟我升级到高级的事情。
