索尼推出IMX611景深传感器：实现高精度物距测量

今天，索尼半导体解决方案公司（SSS）宣布，将推出IMX611传感器，
它是一款用于智能手机的dToF SPAD景深传感器，能够提供目前业界最高的光子探测效率。
据索尼介绍，IMX611采用专有的单光子雪崩二极管（single-photon avalanche diode，SPAD）像素结构， 实现了28%的光子探测效率。
同时，单光子雪崩二极管结构也在实现高精度物体距离测量的同时，有效降低了整个系统的功耗。
在实际应用中，IMX611可以基于其精准测量到物体距离的能力， 在弱光环境下提升手机的自动对焦性能，并更好的辅助虚化算法，为手机计算摄影提供更多硬件上的可能性。
