据路透社报道，微软对动视暴雪的拟议收购可能会得到欧盟监管机构的批准。这家软件巨头最近与任天堂和英伟达达成了授权交易，路透社称这些交易很可能满足欧洲的立法者，以帮助微软清除其687亿美元的交易。
据报道，欧盟委员会不太可能要求微软出售任何动视暴雪资产作为监管部门批准的条件。这与英国竞争和市场管理局（CMA）形成对比，后者上个月提出了可能的补救措施，包括强迫微软出售动视暴雪与《使命召唤》相关的业务。
