3月4日消息，据9to5Mac报道，苹果将于2024年推出OLED版iPad Pro，
苹果已经要求供应链伙伴三星和LG Display准备生产，国产供应链厂商京东方没有收到苹果的要求。
报道指出， 这次OLED版iPad Pro有11.1和13英寸两种尺寸，LG将生产这两种尺寸，三星只生产11.1一种尺寸。 和常规OLED面板，这次苹果使用的双层串联结构OLED面板。
具体而言，它具有两个发光层，与单层OLED面板相比，双层结构面板的屏幕亮度可扩大2倍，使用寿命可延长4倍。而且这块屏幕采用低温多晶氧化物(LTPO)薄膜电晶体，能减少5%至10%的功耗，因制程上必须增加更多精密金属遮罩(FMM)，所以其成本很高。
爆料称OLED版iPad Pro价格会上涨，目前12.9英寸iPad Pro起售价是1099美元，OLED版本价格预计会超过1099美元。
